About the Chef

I wish I could encapsulate the passion that it is to do what I was put on this earth to do. For over 40 years I have served the most prominent figures in sports, entertainment, and the political arena. My passion has let me work in places such as Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Australia. Cuisines in my repertoire include Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, Moroccan, Southwest, Hawaiian, Cajun, New England, Italian, Indian and French. I have been a Garde Manger and Banquet chef in places such as The Montecarlo hotel and Casino, Caesars Palace, MGM, Luxor, New York New york in Las Vegas, and the Nines Hotel in Portland. My philosophy is to give the best for a career that has been so good to me, to serve you with the utmost respect in every single dish, to provide this knowledge for those who want to learn it, and make the best each day for a life well lived.
